Manager and Cost/Price Analyst

 

        Joseph Norris has been with the firm 16 years.  He is our office manger and costing and pricing expert, with many years of hands on experience with costing and pricing issues.  He has a B.S. in Finance from Gannon University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.  He has experience working with equitable adjustments, termination proposals, as well as costing and pricing issues.  He regularly works with government agencies, contracting officers, and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)  resolving and settling costing issues.
